Description

Ube Cream Pudding Delight is a creamy dessert made with purple yam, coconut milk, and topped with whipped cream and ube boba pearls.


Ingredients

  • Ube halaya (purple yam jam) – ½ cup
  • Coconut milk – 1 cup
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Gelatin powder – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
  • Heavy cream – ½ cup (for topping)
  • Cooked ube boba pearls – 2 tbsp (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat milk, coconut milk, sugar, and ube halaya in a saucepan until smooth.
  2. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved completely.
  3. Pour into a silicone mold and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
  4. Whip cream lightly and drizzle over the set pudding.
  5. Top with ube pearls or tapioca for texture and a playful look.
  6. Chill an extra 15 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve cold — creamy, bouncy, and delicately purple.
