Ingredients
- Ube halaya (purple yam jam) – ½ cup
- Coconut milk – 1 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Gelatin powder – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – ¼ cup
- Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
- Heavy cream – ½ cup (for topping)
- Cooked ube boba pearls – 2 tbsp (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat milk, coconut milk, sugar, and ube halaya in a saucepan until smooth.
- Add gelatin and stir until dissolved completely.
- Pour into a silicone mold and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Whip cream lightly and drizzle over the set pudding.
- Top with ube pearls or tapioca for texture and a playful look.
- Chill an extra 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve cold — creamy, bouncy, and delicately purple.
