Description

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ cup diced mango
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp black sesame seeds
  • Fresh lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. Brush sauce over salmon fillets and marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake salmon for 15–18 minutes, basting once with extra glaze.
  5. In a small bowl, combine mango and green onion for topping.
  6. Spoon mango mixture over the hot salmon.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and a drizzle of glaze before serving.

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeño to the mango salsa.
