A quick and flavorful dish featuring salmon fillets glazed with a homemade teriyaki sauce and topped with fresh mango salsa.

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ cup diced mango
- 1 green onion, chopped
- ½ tsp black sesame seeds
- Fresh lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Brush sauce over salmon fillets and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Bake salmon for 15–18 minutes, basting once with extra glaze.
- In a small bowl, combine mango and green onion for topping.
- Spoon mango mixture over the hot salmon.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and a drizzle of glaze before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeño to the mango salsa.
- Serve with steamed rice or a side salad for a complete meal.
