- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with foil.
- Season wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then bake for 35–40 minutes until crispy and golden.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in honey, Dijon, whole grain mustard, and soy sauce.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss baked wings in the sauce until fully coated and glossy.
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes to caramelize.
- Serve hot with extra glaze drizzled over the top.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust the amount of honey and mustard to taste for a sweeter or tangier glaze.
