A delightfully easy recipe for spooky chocolate skull bites that are perfect for Halloween or any festive occasion.
Ingredients
- Dark or milk chocolate β 200g (melted)
- Peanut butter β Β½ cup
- Powdered sugar β 2 tbsp
- Butter β 1 tbsp (softened)
- Skull silicone mold
- Sea salt flakes (optional, for garnish)
- Nonstick spray or parchment for easy release
Instructions
- Make filling: Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter until creamy; set aside.
- Melt chocolate: Heat chocolate until smooth and glossy.
- Coat molds: Spoon a little melted chocolate into each skull mold, swirling to coat sides. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Add filling: Drop a small amount of peanut butter mixture in the center of each mold.
- Seal: Cover with more melted chocolate, tapping to remove air bubbles.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 20β25 minutes until firm.
- Unmold & serve: Pop out shiny chocolate skulls and sprinkle lightly with sea salt if desiredβfrightfully rich and delicious!
