Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar.
- Press the mixture firmly into an 8×8-inch pan to form an even layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to set.
- Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Add the Raspberry Layer:
- Spread the raspberry jelly evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Decorate with fresh raspberries on top.
- Chill:
- Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serving:
- Once set, cut into squares.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
