- ⅓ cup natural unsalted peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl combine the pumpkin puree and peanut butter.
- Add the flour and mix to combine.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface.
- Knead the dough until combined.
- If needed, add more flour.
- Roll the dough out to a ¼ inch thickness.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut out the biscuits and place them on the lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Notes
- Ensure the dough is not too sticky by adjusting the flour amount if necessary.
- These biscuits can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
