Description
A delicious pizza topped with grilled chicken, cheese, and a flavorful red curry sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ tsp red curry sauce
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 9 oz ball of pizza dough
- 2 tbsp green onion (sliced)
- 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
- 1 cup grilled chicken (chopped)
- 1 ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Place a pizza stone on a rack in the lower third of your oven.
- Preheat the oven to 500°F for at least 30 minutes, preferably an hour.
- To make the sauce, add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Set aside.
- Roll the dough into a circle about ¼ inch thick.
- Lightly sprinkle your pizza peel with cornmeal.
- Transfer the dough to the pizza peel.
- Top with sauce.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Arrange the chicken pieces over top.
- Slide the pizza onto the baking stone in the oven.
- Bake for 7-12 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven.
- Sprinkle with green onion and cilantro and serve.
