Chicken Pizza with Red Curry Sauce

Description

A delicious pizza topped with grilled chicken, cheese, and a flavorful red curry sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ tsp red curry sauce
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 9 oz ball of pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp green onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 cup grilled chicken (chopped)
  • 1 ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Place a pizza stone on a rack in the lower third of your oven.
  2. Preheat the oven to 500°F for at least 30 minutes, preferably an hour.
  3. To make the sauce, add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Roll the dough into a circle about ¼ inch thick.
  6. Lightly sprinkle your pizza peel with cornmeal.
  7. Transfer the dough to the pizza peel.
  8. Top with sauce.
  9. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
  10. Arrange the chicken pieces over top.
  11. Slide the pizza onto the baking stone in the oven.
  12. Bake for 7-12 minutes.
  13. Remove the pizza from the oven.
  14. Sprinkle with green onion and cilantro and serve.
