Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk (frozen in an ice cube tray if using fresh peaches)
  • 24 Tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the peaches, yogurt, milk, and honey to the blender.
  2. Tip: if using frozen peaches, use fresh almond milk. If using fresh peaches, freeze the milk in an ice cube tray the night before!
  3. Blend everything together until smooth.
