A delicious and refreshing peach smoothie recipe perfect for any time of the day.
Ingredients

- 3 cups sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk (frozen in an ice cube tray if using fresh peaches)
- 2–4 Tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Add the peaches, yogurt, milk, and honey to the blender.
- Tip: if using frozen peaches, use fresh almond milk. If using fresh peaches, freeze the milk in an ice cube tray the night before!
- Blend everything together until smooth.
- Add any toppings you want and enjoy!
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt.
- Consider adding protein powder if desired.
