Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, egg, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour, knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and spread brown sugar and pecans on top.
- Roll tightly and cut into buns.
- Place buns in a greased baking dish.
- Pour maple syrup over the buns.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
