Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small baking dish.
- Whisk milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
- Add cinnamon roll cubes and let soak for 10 minutes.
- Pour mixture into the dish and bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over warm bread pudding.
- Serve immediately with extra syrup for indulgence.
