Description

Deliciously marinated grilled chicken thighs or breasts that are perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, soy sauce, honey, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken and coat well in the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 1–8 hours for best flavor.
  4. Preheat grill, oven, or skillet to medium-high heat.
  5. Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side (grill/skillet) or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Let chicken rest 5 minutes before serving and garnish with parsley.
