Deliciously marinated grilled chicken thighs or breasts that are perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, soy sauce, honey, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add chicken and coat well in the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate 1–8 hours for best flavor.
- Preheat grill, oven, or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side (grill/skillet) or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes.
- Let chicken rest 5 minutes before serving and garnish with parsley.

- Marinating chicken for longer can enhance flavors.
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
