This delicious beef and cheese pie is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 store-bought pie crust (9 inches)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onions and season with salt and pepper; cook until softened.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard until well combined.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk; mix in shredded cheese.
- Place the pie crust in the greased pan; add the beef mixture, followed by the cheese and egg blend.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
- For a spicier option, add some diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
