Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and place a cast-iron skillet inside to heat.

- In another bowl, mix buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just mixed.
- Carefully remove the hot skillet, grease it with butter, and pour in the batter.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and crisp around the edges.
- Cool slightly before slicing into squares and serve warm with honey or butter.
