Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1½ cups sliced mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray.
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, sauté mushrooms in butter until browned.
  4. Add garlic to the pan and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
