Description
Deliciously crispy spiralized potatoes seasoned to perfection and topped with Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: chili flakes or ranch seasoning for a spicy twist
Instructions
- Insert a skewer through the center of each potato. Cut in a spiral motion while rotating.
- Gently spread the spirals apart. Brush with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes or until edges are crisp.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan while hot so it melts. Add parsley and chili flakes if desired.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Be careful while cutting the potatoes to avoid injury.
