Description

Deliciously crispy spiralized potatoes seasoned to perfection and topped with Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: chili flakes or ranch seasoning for a spicy twist

Instructions

  1. Insert a skewer through the center of each potato. Cut in a spiral motion while rotating.
  2. Gently spread the spirals apart. Brush with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes or until edges are crisp.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan while hot so it melts. Add parsley and chili flakes if desired.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
