Ingredients

  • White fish fillets (cod, haddock, or tilapia)
  • Flour
  • Eggs (beaten)
  • Breadcrumbs (seasoned or panko)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Mayonnaise
  • Greek yogurt
  • Garlic
  • Lemon zest
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut fish into even sticks and pat dry.
  2. Coat each stick in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in seasoned breadcrumbs.
