Ingredients
- White fish fillets (cod, haddock, or tilapia)
- Flour
- Eggs (beaten)
- Breadcrumbs (seasoned or panko)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- Mayonnaise
- Greek yogurt
- Garlic
- Lemon zest
- Parsley
Instructions
- Cut fish into even sticks and pat dry.
- Coat each stick in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil (or fry until golden).
- Bake at 400°F for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- For the dip: mix mayonnaise, yogurt, minced garlic, lemon zest, and chopped parsley.
- Season the dip with salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Serve fish sticks hot with dip and fresh lemon wedges on the side.
