- 4 chicken breasts (flattened)
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream (for sauce)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Layer each chicken breast with ham and cheese, then roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Dredge each roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry lightly in butter until golden, then bake for 25 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat cream and Dijon mustard to make a smooth sauce.
- Slice open the chicken rolls and drizzle sauce over the top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley for color and serve hot.
