Description

Delicious cheesy garlic breadsticks perfect for dipping in marinara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough onto a clean, lightly floured surface until it reaches about ½ inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into strips of your preferred thickness.
  4. Place shredded mozzarella cheese along the center of each strip.
  5. Fold the dough over the cheese and seal the edges to prevent leakage.
  6. Brush the sticks with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a minute, then cut apart and serve with marinara sauce.
