Ingredients
- Ground beef
- Breadcrumbs
- Eggs
- Ketchup (for glaze and mix)
- Onion (finely chopped)
- Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Fresh rosemary (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a loaf pan with parchment or foil.
- In a large bowl, combine beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, Worcestershire, and seasonings; mix gently.
- Shape into a loaf and place in the pan.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup with a bit of brown sugar and brush over the top.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly caramelized on top.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing for clean cuts.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and rosemary before serving.

- For a spicier kick, add some hot sauce to the meat mixture.
