Ingredients
Scale
- 16 slices high-quality soft white sandwich bread
- 1–2 red bell peppers (ribs and seeds removed, sliced in half lengthwise)

- 8 ounces brick cream cheese (room temperature)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

- Spread one side of each tree with the herbed cream cheese.
- Arrange the cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese in a shingled fashion.
