- 12 light crispy wafers
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup ripe fresh strawberries, halved
- 2 oz white chocolate (for drizzling)

Instructions
- Prepare your work area by laying parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip one side of each wafer into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl.
- Place halved strawberries on top of each dipped wafer while still warm.
- If desired, melt white chocolate and drizzle over the wafers for added sweetness and decoration.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
