Description

Delicious light crispy wafers dipped in dark chocolate and topped with fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 12 light crispy wafers
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup ripe fresh strawberries, halved
  • 2 oz white chocolate (for drizzling)
  • colorful sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your work area by laying parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Dip one side of each wafer into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl.
  4. Place halved strawberries on top of each dipped wafer while still warm.
  5. If desired, melt white chocolate and drizzle over the wafers for added sweetness and decoration.
  6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
