- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 12 dinner roll dough balls (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Sauté beef, onion, and bell pepper until tender and browned; drain excess grease.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Flatten dough balls slightly, spoon filling into the center, and pinch to seal.
- Arrange seam-side down on tray, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm for gooey, flavorful bites.
