Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup butter (melted)
  • 4 cups peeled, diced apples
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter to form a crumbly dough.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the dish as the base.
  4. Toss apples with granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt, then spread evenly over the base.
  5. Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture on top and bake for 35–40 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool slightly, then drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
  7. Slice into bars and serve warm or chilled.
