Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and warm water; knead until soft and elastic.
- Drizzle olive oil into a baking dish and press dough evenly inside.
- Let rise for 30–40 minutes until puffy.
- Dimple the dough with your fingertips and brush with melted butter mixed with garlic and herbs.
- Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush again with warm garlic butter after baking.
- Sprinkle with herbs and flaky salt, then slice into soft, pillowy bites.

- Ensure the water is warm but not hot to activate the yeast properly.
