Delicious air fryer apple hand pies made with a pre-made pie crust and apple pie filling, perfect for a quick dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 Pre-made pie crust
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut it into 8 rectangles measuring 3×6 inches.
- Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of apple pie filling onto 4 rectangles.
- Top with the remaining four rectangles and crimp the edges with a fork.
- Lightly brush each rectangle with the beaten egg, and make several slits on top of the pies.
- Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
- Air fry for 8 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
