- 8 oz semisweet chocolate (melted)
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- 4 oz dark chocolate (for ganache)
- Chocolate curls (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan. Chill to set.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, melted chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently to create a mousse layer. Spread evenly over the crust.
- Chill for 30 minutes while preparing ganache.
- Heat 1/2 cup cream, pour over chopped dark chocolate, stir until glossy.
- Pour ganache over mousse layer and smooth the top.
- Chill at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with chocolate curls before slicing.
