Description

A delicious stuffed crust pepperoni pizza featuring a golden, cheesy crust wrapped around mozzarella, topped with pepperoni and gooey melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 mozzarella sticks (string cheese)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing crust)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and grease a pizza pan.
  2. Roll out dough larger than your pan so it overlaps the edges.
  3. Place mozzarella sticks around the edges, fold dough over, and seal tightly.
  4. Spread pizza sauce in the center, sprinkle with mozzarella, and layer pepperoni on top.
  5. Brush crust with olive oil, sprinkle Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Slice and serve hot with extra dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños on top of the pepperoni.
  • Feel free to customize the toppings to your preference.
