- 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 mozzarella sticks (string cheese)
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing crust)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and grease a pizza pan.
- Roll out dough larger than your pan so it overlaps the edges.
- Place mozzarella sticks around the edges, fold dough over, and seal tightly.
- Spread pizza sauce in the center, sprinkle with mozzarella, and layer pepperoni on top.
- Brush crust with olive oil, sprinkle Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot with extra dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños on top of the pepperoni.
- Feel free to customize the toppings to your preference.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
