Ingredients
- Goat cheese rounds or slices β 12 pieces
- Salami or pepperoni slices β 12
- Small mozzarella balls (bocconcini) β 6 (halved for eyes)
- Black olives β 6 (sliced for pupils)
- Sun-dried tomato paste β 2 tbsp
- Toothpicks or appetizer sticks
- Crackers or crostini for serving
Instructions
- Prepare base: Spread or slice goat cheese into small rounds and arrange on a platter.
- Add topping: Place a thin layer of sun-dried tomato paste or spread over each cheese base.
