Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a square pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, then fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, then cool completely.
- Melt white chocolate and spread over cooled brownies in ghost-like drips.
- Use mini chocolate chips to make ghost eyes and mouths before the white chocolate sets.
- Chill for 10 minutes, then cut into spooky ghost-shaped brownies and serve.
