- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 cup Brown gravy
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Onion powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F or heat skillet with butter/oil for pan-searing.
- Mix mashed potatoes with egg, bread crumbs, parsley, and seasonings until firm.
- Shape into round balls and place on a baking sheet or skillet.
- Bake for 20 minutes (or pan-sear until golden brown and crispy).
- Heat brown gravy until smooth and hot.
- Place potato balls on a serving dish and drizzle with gravy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
