Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Brown gravy
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F or heat skillet with butter/oil for pan-searing.
  2. Mix mashed potatoes with egg, bread crumbs, parsley, and seasonings until firm.
  3. Shape into round balls and place on a baking sheet or skillet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes (or pan-sear until golden brown and crispy).
  5. Heat brown gravy until smooth and hot.
  6. Place potato balls on a serving dish and drizzle with gravy.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
