Ingredients
- Fresh bagels (plain or homemade)
- Cream cheese (softened)
- Fresh rosemary
- Olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Slice bagels in half or use whole bagels for a stuffed look.
- Spread or pipe softened cream cheese into the center or over the top of each bagel.
- Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic, rosemary leaves, and sea salt.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until the tops are golden and slightly crisp.
- Cool briefly before serving to allow the cheese to set.
