Description

Chewy Rice Krispie treats rolled with gooey marshmallow cream and rich chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 10 oz marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate spread (or melted chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and marshmallows in a large saucepan until smooth, then stir in vanilla and salt.
  2. Mix in Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
  3. Spread mixture onto parchment paper in a flat rectangle.

  6. Roll up tightly into a log and chill until firm.
