Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup white chocolate (melted)
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp crushed graham crackers (for topping)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (for chocolate melting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, pumpkin purée, powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, and graham crumbs until smooth.
  2. Roll mixture into small truffle-sized balls and place on parchment paper.
  3. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil, then swirl in a little extra pumpkin purée for a marbled look.
  5. Dip each truffle into the chocolate, coating fully and setting on parchment.
  6. Sprinkle crushed graham cracker crumbs on top before the coating sets.
  7. Chill until firm and enjoy creamy, fall-flavored bites.
