Description

Cheesy pepperoni-stuffed quesadillas with golden crispy tortillas and gooey pizza flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for cooking)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium and brush lightly with olive oil or butter.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread with pizza sauce.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella, add pepperoni slices, and top with another tortilla.
  4. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
  5. Slice into wedges and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
  7. Pair with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
