- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Slice French bread in half lengthwise, then cut into 4 pieces.
- Brush bread lightly with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over each piece.
- Top with mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with herbs and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add more Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes.
