Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (or homemade)
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted, for homemade brownies)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional for crunch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to box or homemade recipe, then spread half into the pan.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter and press some mini peanut butter cups into the batter.
  4. Spread remaining brownie batter on top.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set but fudgy in the center.
  6. While warm, sprinkle with chocolate chips and spread into a glossy topping as they melt.
  7. Garnish with more peanut butter cups on top, cool, then slice into bars.
