- 1 box brownie mix (or homemade)
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter (melted, for homemade brownies)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional for crunch)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare brownie batter according to box or homemade recipe, then spread half into the pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter and press some mini peanut butter cups into the batter.
- Spread remaining brownie batter on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set but fudgy in the center.
- While warm, sprinkle with chocolate chips and spread into a glossy topping as they melt.
- Garnish with more peanut butter cups on top, cool, then slice into bars.

- Ensure the brownies are fudgy in the center for the best texture.
