A refreshing, creamy cheesecake that tastes just like an orange creamsicle.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 package orange gelatin (Jell-O)
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup butter (for crust)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Orange slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a springform pan to form crust.
- Beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
- Prepare orange gelatin and let it cool slightly before mixing into part of the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer plain cheesecake filling over crust, then spread orange mixture on top.
- Smooth the surface and refrigerate 4–6 hours until firm.
- Garnish with whipped topping swirls and fresh orange slices.
- Slice and serve chilled for a creamy, citrusy delight.
Notes
- Ensure the orange gelatin is cooled before mixing to prevent curdling the cream cheese.
- For a firmer cheesecake, chill for the full 6 hours.
- Can substitute with other flavored gelatin for variety.
