- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Candy eyeballs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla, then sift in flour, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder. Mix until just combined.
- Roll dough into balls and place on tray, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- While still warm, press candy eyeballs randomly into the cookies.
- Let cool slightly before serving your spooky monster treats.
