A delicious and easy-to-make Honey Lemon Garlic Roasted Chicken that is perfect for any occasion.

- 4 chicken drumsticks or thighs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly oil a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the dish and pour the honey-lemon mixture over it, coating evenly.
- Top each piece with a lemon slice.
- Roast for 35–40 minutes, basting once halfway through, until chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with pan juices.
Notes
- Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Adjust the amount of honey for desired sweetness.
- Can substitute chicken thighs for drumsticks if preferred.
