Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry into thin strips.
- Wrap strips around each sausage, leaving small gaps for eyes.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Once slightly cooled, stick on candy eyes (or dot mustard/ketchup/olives for eyes).
