Instructions

- Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut out gingerbread men shapes.
- Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, then cool completely.
- Pipe vanilla frosting or cream cheese filling onto one cookie and top with another.
- Decorate with icing details: smiles, red bows, and white trim.
