Description

Garlic Butter Steak Sliders are a delicious and quick recipe that combines tender steak with a rich garlic butter sauce, all served on toasted slider buns.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 4 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp butter (for garlic sauce)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot skillet with olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side until medium-rare.
  2. In a small pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant; mix in parsley and chili flakes.
  3. Slice steak into thick strips and toss lightly in the garlic butter sauce.
  4. Toast slider buns until golden brown.
  5. Layer the steak pieces on the bottom bun and drizzle with extra sauce.
  6. Top with the second bun and press gently.
  7. Serve hot for a rich, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth slider experience.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more chili flakes.
  • Ensure the skillet is hot enough to achieve a good sear on the steak.
  • Feel free to add cheese or other toppings as desired.
