Description

Juicy seared steak bites paired with golden garlic-roasted potatoes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into cubes)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25–30 minutes until golden.
  3. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a skillet over high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, and sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Return steak bites to skillet, toss in garlic butter until coated.
  7. Serve hot with roasted baby potatoes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Ensure the skillet is hot enough before adding the steak for a good sear.
  • Adjust cooking time for steak based on desired doneness.
