Juicy seared steak bites paired with golden garlic-roasted potatoes.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into cubes)
- 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, and sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Return steak bites to skillet, toss in garlic butter until coated.
- Serve hot with roasted baby potatoes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Ensure the skillet is hot enough before adding the steak for a good sear.
- Adjust cooking time for steak based on desired doneness.
- Fresh herbs can be added for extra flavor.
