Ingredients
- Ground beef (80/20 blend)
- Slider buns (brioche or Hawaiian)
- Mozzarella or provolone cheese slices
- Butter (melted)
- Garlic (minced)
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment.
- Form small beef patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Place patties on the bottom halves of slider buns and top each with a cheese slice.
- Add the top buns and brush generously with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and parsley.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over the tops and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and melty.
- Serve warm with extra garlic butter on the side.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- These sliders can be made with ground turkey for a lighter option.
