Description

Mini juicy burgers drenched in garlic butter and topped with melted cheese and herbs.


Ingredients

  • Ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • Slider buns (brioche or Hawaiian)
  • Mozzarella or provolone cheese slices
  • Butter (melted)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment.
  2. Form small beef patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  4. Place patties on the bottom halves of slider buns and top each with a cheese slice.
  5. Add the top buns and brush generously with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and parsley.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan over the tops and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and melty.
  7. Serve warm with extra garlic butter on the side.
