Instructions
- Grate potatoes and squeeze out excess water using a towel.

- Fry each side for 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with dipping sauces like ketchup, BBQ, or spicy mayo.
