Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 package Puff pastry sheets (or wonton wrappers)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Cut puff pastry into squares and spoon a bit of pizza sauce and mozzarella into the center of each.
  3. Fold into triangles, sealing edges firmly with a fork.
