- 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
- 1 package Puff pastry sheets (or wonton wrappers)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry into squares and spoon a bit of pizza sauce and mozzarella into the center of each.
- Fold into triangles, sealing edges firmly with a fork.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly, then garnish with parsley.
