- Dipping sauce: soy sauce + rice vinegar + sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground meat, cabbage, onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger until well combined.
- Roll out dumpling wrappers into oval shapes; fill with 1 tbsp of filling.
- Fold and pinch the edges to seal, shaping the top into small ears and the end into a tail.
- For a spooky look, color half the dough with black food coloring before shaping.
- Steam for 10 minutes or pan-fry until golden on one side, then add water and cover to finish cooking.
- Arrange on a platter with tails curled, serving with soy dipping sauce.
- Optional: dot black sesame seeds for eyes before steaming.
