Ingredients

- Heavy cream (for filling)
- Sugar

- Black licorice strings (for antennae)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare puff pastry or choux dough.
- Pipe oval-shaped pastry mounds onto a baking sheet.
- Bake 20–22 minutes until puffed and golden; cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla, then fill pastries.
- Brush tops lightly with cocoa/chocolate glaze to mimic bug-like coloring.
- Add stripes and body details with melted chocolate.
- Insert black licorice pieces for antennae to complete the cockroach look.
