- 2 chicken breasts, seasoned and seared
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells in salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; sear in a skillet until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper; simmer until thick and creamy.
- Add pasta shells to the sauce, tossing gently to coat.
- Stir in sliced chicken, adding pasta water if needed for silkiness.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
