Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, seasoned and seared
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; sear in a skillet until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper; simmer until thick and creamy.
  5. Add pasta shells to the sauce, tossing gently to coat.
  6. Stir in sliced chicken, adding pasta water if needed for silkiness.
  7. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

Notes
