Instructions
- If desired, warm croissants in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes to lightly crisp.
- Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Slice each croissant slightly open and pipe or spoon whipped cream inside.
- Top half of them with sliced strawberries and the other half with mini Oreos.
- Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with chocolate sticks or extra berries.
