  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Mini Oreo cookies
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Optional chocolate sticks or wafers for garnish

Instructions

  1. If desired, warm croissants in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes to lightly crisp.
  2. Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Slice each croissant slightly open and pipe or spoon whipped cream inside.
  4. Top half of them with sliced strawberries and the other half with mini Oreos.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with chocolate sticks or extra berries.
